This ritual workshop is a sacred time set aside to come deep into ourselves, to nourish our bodies and connect with the ultimate source of our creative potential.
With Mary Magdalene as our guide, we will engage with the ancient healing practice of womb steaming, harnessing the magic of natural herbs and the five elements to cleanse and replenish the deepest parts of ourselves.

What is a Womb Steam Anyway?
Womb Steams are an ancient practice that uses the power of steam and the essential oils of dried herbs to cleanse, replenish, revitalize, relax and restore the womb and pelvic bowl, helping connect us with this most sacred center, releasing layers of stored trauma, both physical and energetic.
During this ritual, we will begin with gentle guided movement to help us drop in and open up. Then, we each create our own herbal blend, mixing the herbs together in a large pot with steaming water and adding our intentions around what we want to heal and what we want to call in. As we kneel over the steam and allow the fragrant vapors to do their magic, we will be guided through some gentle self-massage practices and visualizations to deepen our connection with our hearts and our wombs and the power we hold.
Sounds, songs, and all emotions are welcome in this sacred space.
Why Mary Magdalene?
As one of the Bible’s most enigmatic figures, Mary Magdalene has been revered and reviled throughout the ages. Although she was initially rejected by the Church, she gained widespread popularity despite resistance, especially by those who believe she was a highly trained priestess, healer and teacher in her own right, ordained by the Temple of Isis and initiated into the Tantric Mystery Schools of Ancient Egypt.
Now, as the Sacred Feminine undergoes a great awakening and reclamation of power, Mary Magdalene has gained new recognition as a force to unify those who embrace the divine in all of her earthly forms in Sacred Sisterhood.
This healing circle is for those who are biologically female, who feel a deep resonance with figures like Mary Magdalene, Mary the Mother, Isis, and the Divine Sophia.
Contraindications to note:
Please do not steam if you are pregnant, actively menstruating, or have an active infection.
If you have an IUD or are healing from recent pelvic surgery, steaming is not recommended.
