The Foundational Series
Are you seeking an in-depth introduction to the practices of Transformational Embodiment, Conscious Sexuality, Sacred Intimacy & Tantric Spirituality?
The Foundational Series incorporates the fundamentals of Sacred Embodiment with Sacred Intimacy & Tantric Healing by offering one of each session type in a sequence that builds trust and understanding. The series concludes with an Integration Session, which can be conducted virtually via Zoom (included with series), or in-person as an optional Enhancement.
These sessions combined will provide you with a solid foundation of practice, practical application, and built-in aftercare to help you process your experience and take the valuable lessons learned back into your life and relationships.
Your Series Includes:
1 Sacred Embodiment Session (2-3hrs)
1 Sacred Intimacy Session (3-4hrs)
1 Virtual Integration Session (1hr).
Extended Series & Immersion Options:
The Foundational Series may be experienced as an Extended Series spaced out over the course of several weeks within a 90-day period OR as an Asheville Immersion & Retreat taking place over the course of several days.

Series Enhancements
Series & Immersions can include additional Enhancement Options to extend your program and provide unstructured connection opportunities outside of session times. Enhancements include additional sessions options, in addition to adventures such as dinner in town, an afternoon hike in the mountains, adventures at Hot Springs Resort & Spa, and an in-person Integration Session over brunch, in nature, or in the studio.
